"100%" is the match rate: deposit RM200, receive RM200 in bonus, and your playing balance is RM400. "Up to RM800" is the ceiling on the bonus portion, which means the maximum match is reached at a RM800 deposit. Depositing more than that still puts more cash in, but adds no further bonus.
